Garden Room Renovation in Colchester

Westgates Maintenance was brought in to transform a garden room into a home office for a company based on the outskirts of Colchester. The client had 2 children and wanted a space they could use as a home office. On this particular project we had to, plaster the entire space, paint with an undercoat then a top coat in Dulux White Cotton. install hardwood floors and finally we installed spotlights to give a more business like feel to the space.

Hardwood Flooring Installation in Long Melford

Westgates Maintenance was hired to install new laminate flooring throughout the downstairs of a home in Long Melford. The existing flooring was dated and worn. We removed it and prepared the subfloor for the new laminate planks. Choosing from the homeowner's selections, we installed attractive, durable grey laminate flooring in a modern wood grain pattern in the living room, kitchen, hallway, and office.

Kitchen Renovation Chelmsford

Westgates Maintenance was brought in to fully renovate the kitchen of a home in Chelmsford. We worked closely with the homeowners to design and install their dream custom kitchen. The focal point was a large kitchen island, which we built with high-end cabinetry and topped with stunning Corian countertops. Above the island, we added a custom ceiling detail consisting of folded plasterboard with hidden LEDs to provide visual interest and complement the traditional style of the new cabinetry.

Small Toilet Remodel in Colchester

Westgates Maintenance was contracted to fully update an outdated, cramped toilet in a Colchester home. Our first task was chasing pipework into the walls to conceal plumbing for a cleaner look. We then installed a sleek, space-saving wall hung toilet, opening up valuable floor space in the small room. Recognizing the need for storage, we built and installed a recessed cabinet above the toilet for folded towels and other essentials. To finish the new contemporary style, we added rustic subway tile in a brick pattern up the walls.
